In October 2010, TCF National Bank (Wayzata, Minnesota) filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of an amendment to Dodd-Frank, proposed by Illinois Democratic Senator Richard Durbin after he apparently had been lobbied by a constituent, Walgreens CEO Gregory Wasson.
