To be responsible for the formulationofplans for the utilization of foreignloans by the nationalrailways, projectformulationandbalancecoordination of domestic and foreign funds.
During projectformulation and implementation, UNESCO-IHP will collaborate closely with a wide variety of partners - representing all stakeholders at all levels having strong experience in groundwater governance - which will join the Permanent Consultation Mechanism (PCM).
Proven capacity to organize and carry out research and training at international level and in project conceptualisation, formulation, implementation and evaluation.
Contribute to the mobilization of extra-budgetary funding for new programmes and projects in line with the priorities of the Section, to the formulation of project documents and to the coordination of periodic reporting to the donors.
