Job Description: The lead roaster has the primary responsibility of managing the production of roasted coffee. He/She will work in a team to manage the induction of raw materials, roasting and packaging of coffee to meet the company's inventory needs. Primary duties include: batch roasting, inventory management and production reporting. Job requires muscular strength for frequent bending and lifting.
