Article 1 For purposes of regulating equity investment with insurance funds, prevent investment risks, guarantee asset safety and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties to insurance, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China, the Trust Law of the People's Republic of China, the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Partnership Enterprise Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Measures for the Use of Insurance Funds and other provisions.
