From January 2003 to January 2008, 87 pathological fractures of the humerus in 85 cancer patients were surgically treated in our institutions.

Methods 16 cases were treated with RT nail in which 12 cases of fractures were fresh, 2 patients had radial nerve palsy, 3 and 1 patient showed pathological fractures and non-union, respectively.
方法用非扩髓的RT钉治疗16例肱骨干骨折，其中新鲜骨折12例，病理骨折3例，骨折不愈合1例。2例新鲜骨折伴有桡神经挫伤。
