Love Only A Little 爱但得很少
We talk much, we love only a little, and we hate too much；
我们说的多了，爱的却少了，我们的仇恨也更多了；
Although she can only say a few words - "Hiya!" is her favourite - she gives me so much love and affection. She's a real cheeky little thing, and can wrap me right round her little finger.
她的性格很好，即使只会说几个词，但“你好”是她最喜欢的，她给了我太多的爱，她还是个名副其实的无礼的小家伙，能用她的小指头抱住我。
This isn't to say she doesn't love the boy - only that it wasn't her calling in life to be a mother and she may have been better off listening to that little voice in her head.
这倒不是说她不爱她儿子——只是做母亲并不是她的本性，而她如果当年听从内心所愿，境况大概会好一些。
