【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the strategy to improve the satisfactory in otorhinolaryngology nursing care. Methods By continuously studying hospital rules and regulations and perfecting related manegement and examination system, standardize the training of the nursing staff,strictly implement nursing processure, urge the nurse to establish the new concept in service, continuously improve the comprehensive quality of their own. Results The patient-nurse relationship improved, nursing satisfaction improved. Conclusion Only by strictly implementing nursing processure, scientifically management clinical department, could the nursing satisfaction and quality improved, serve the patients better, promote the harmonious development of the health service.
