After forbidden food for ten days, the animal was exposed at quiet environment in 5℃(±1℃) ,22℃(±1℃) and 30℃(±1℃) for 48 hours, and then they were killed and the skeletal muscle was quickly removed for ultrastructure observation. The result showed that there were a lot of cumulative mitochondria and a little fat-drop in skeletal muscular cell in the exposed animal at 5℃.
