abstract:The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) is an international financial institution which offers political risk insurance guarantees. Such guarantees help investors protect foreign direct investments against political and non-commercial risks in developing countries.
They are the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the International Development Association (IDA), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the MultilateralInvestmentGuaranteeAgency (MIGA) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
