The big increase will be in the number of MScin Management programmes, which usually admit students straight from their undergraduate studies, rather than at the MBA level, the latter being designed for those with several years' business experience.
An increase in the number of MScin Management programmes will have a knock-on effect for the MBA. If traditional MBA applicants, who tend to be in their mid-to late-twenties, are only a few years out of their MSc programme, it is questionable whether they will they have the will to return to business school so soon.
