The significance of polymer melt plastification technology in micro injection molding was expatiated,several polymer plastification technologies in micro injection molding,including plunger plastification,screw plastification,electromagnetism dynamic plastification,and ultrasonic plastification were analysed and compared. The development trend of polymer plastification technology was prospected.
