In the expert-network investigation, the government recorded phone calls of public-company employees such as Mark Anthony Longoria, formerly of chip maker Advanced Micro Devices Inc.
Mark Anthony Longoria, Daniel L. DeVore, Winifred Jiau and Walter Shimoon allegedly accessed inside information about companies including Apple, Dell, AMD, Marvell and Flextronic without the knowledge of their employers.
