In the present thesis, electronic states, phonon modes and electron-phonon interactions in semiconductor superlattice ( SL ) with structural defects which is one type of specific low-dimensional quantum structure are deeply investigated, and some useful results are obtained.
本文对一种特殊的半导体低维量子结构——含结构缺陷超晶格中的电子态、声子态及电声子相互作用作了较深入的探索，取得了一些有意义的结果，以期能为相关量子器件的设计和制造提供理论依据。
