A monolithic model of the lot-sizing and scheduling problem based on the JIT strategy has been proposed in this paper, and a heuristic algorithm using integrated method has been designed to solve it.

A model is established to minimize the cost and solved by the method of integral sorting to obtain the optimal ordering lot sizing, then a numerical example is provided to illustrate the problem.
