OBJECTIVE: To research the application and effect of locking nail in long diaphysis fracture.
目的：研究长骨干骨折应用非扩髓的带锁髓内针治疗以及其手术后的效果。
Objective To explore the difference of operational method in treating long diaphysis fracture by intramedullary nail with lock and its therapeutic effect.
目的探讨不同部位的长干骨骨折使用带锁髓内针手术方法的异同及疗效。
Results: In the control group, the blood flow of humerus was the highest in the diaphysis, the compact bone and the bone marrow among all the long bones.
结果：对照组骨组织血流量，在长骨干、皮质骨和骨髓中，以肱骨血流量最高；
