Design, implement and evaluate capacity-building courses on, including distance learning and training of trainers, where appropriate, and assist intersectoral cooperation and, in particular with UNESCO Chairs, contribution in support of efforts to promote a human rights-based approach (HRBA) in UNESCO's programmes.
