abstract:John McDonagh (1880 – 1961) was an Irish film director, playwright, and a participant in the 1916 Easter Rising. He was a brother of executed 1916 Rising leader Tomas MacDonagh, whose biography he wrote.
Detectives are continuing to investigate and review the cases of 21 other patients, including six others - Tracey Arden, Arnold Lancaster, Derek Weaver, William Dickson, Linda McDonagh, and John Beeley - who all subsequently died.
Alleged poisoning victims William Dickson, 82, Linda McDonagh, 60, John Beeley, 73, Beryl Hope, 70, and Mary Cartwright, 89, are believed to have eventually died from natural causes.
