abstract:In contract law, an integration clause, or merger clause (sometimes, particularly in the United Kingdom, referred to as an entire agreement clause) is a term in the language of the contract that declares it to be the complete and final agreement between the parties. It is often placed at or towards the end of the contract.
The second and the thirdparts of this thesis demonstrate that the SVCs are on a lowerlevel in grammaticalization, which can be seen by the constraints of word order and clauseintegration.
In the Seattle case, the Court ruled by a five-to-four vote that the integration plan did indeed violate the equal-protection clause of the Constitution, and Roberts assigned himself the opinion.
