He has put together a committee of 35 advisors, including John Henry Clippinger, a research scientist at the MIT Media LabHumanDynamics Group, Microsoft researcher Mary Czerwinski, and Jon Hall of the United Nations Development Project.
But a total reorganization isn't necessary, according to Waber's research, which first began in 2006 when he was a doctoral student at MIT Media Lab's HumanDynamics Laboratory.
