Hemolymph lipids were detected by GC/MS. The results showed there are five fatty acids,which were 14-methyl-pentadecane acid,palmitic acid,3-styrene-acrylic acid, 16-methyl-heptadecanoic acid and stearic acid respectively.
5.应用GC/MS技术鉴定血淋巴脂类。 结果表明,长角血蜱血淋巴有5种脂肪酸,且均为饱和脂肪酸,分别是14-甲基十五烷酸、棕榈酸、3-苯丙酸、16-甲基十七烷酸、硬脂酸。
