It would have been more comfortable for Forest had Guy Moussi not shot straight at keeper Marton Fulop after being put through on goal in the first half, while McGoldrick inadvertantly hit the bar when he punted a drop ball back to Ipswich after play had been held up because of an injury to a home player.
