Objective: Compared to fundamental imaging (FI), we used native tissue harmonic imaging (NTHI) to improve image quality on regional wall movement of left ventricle in coronary disease.

Objective To study the method of how to improve the quality of sonograms and increase sonograms reveal rate by comparative observation between tissue harmonic imaging(THI)and fundamental imaging (FI).

Materials and Methods: Images obtained with NTHI from 64 patients were compared with that of fundamental imaging(FI)technique.
