Methods 36 cases of subdural hygroma beside cerebral falx were summarized, 33 cases is traumatic, 3 cases is non-traumatic.
方法总结了大脑镰旁硬膜下水瘤36例，其中外伤33例，非外伤3例。
Results 15 cases presented crescent-like watery density under the skull, 8 cases presented arc-like watery density beside cerebral falx, while the remaining 5 cases presented both.
结果15例表现为颅骨内板下新月型水样密度影，8例表现为大脑镰旁弧型水样密度影，5例上述两种类型均有表现。
Purpose: To study the difference of density of segments of the cerebral falx and its effect to CT diagnosis in interhemispheric fissure hemorrhage(IFH).
目的：探讨正常大脑镰各段密度的差异及大脑镰密度对CT诊断纵裂池出血的影响。
