This is so easy and delicious... not quite the same as egg scramble but scrumptious in its own way.

After 2 minutes turn off the heat and then we would add our diced tomatoes into the scramble eggs. Again gently mix the egg with the tomato so that the tomato would be heated through.

Heat peanut oil in a wok and scramble the egg. Remove the egg and set it aside when it's cooked.
