Using the tool of VC, we develop the test program and corresponding user interface to implement DC parameters automatic test system of VLSI.
The results show that this testing system is fit for the test of DC signals, lower frequency signals and Power Frequency signals.
It can be used in fields such as insulation test of high voltage equipments, DC power transmission system, static electrical equipments.
