Objective: to discuss the prognosis of involved factors in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with tentorium cerebelli hiatus hernia by surgery.
目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤小脑幕裂孔疝手术救治的预后的影响因素。
Methods: 80 emergency cases of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with tentorium cerebelli hiatus hernia were included in this study for statistical analysis on fatality rate.
方法：对急诊手术救治的80例重型颅脑损伤小脑幕裂孔疝的病死率进行统计学分析。
