According to the technical requirements of forming die for titanium alloy,a kind of ductile iron with excellent elevated temperature mechanical properties was studied.By designing composition,adopting rational inoculation and heat treatment process,the elevated temperature hardness of Si-Mn-Mo were 33% more than Si-Mo alloyed ductile iron.The forming die producing by using the ester setting sodium silica bonded sand for lost foam casting process can meet the technical requirements at 600～800 ℃.
