Purpose: to evaluate the imaging methods and display ability of spiral ct three dimensional (3d) reconstruction of auditory ossicular chain and its clinical application.

Conclusion: 3d spiral CT could clearly demonstrate three dimensional images of the auditory ossicular chain, and is useful in evaluating diseases of the auditory ossicles.
结论：螺旋CT 3d成像能很好地显示正常和异常听骨链的立体影像，有利于听骨链病变的诊断。
