As the results show: Nickel alloy coatings promote the interface intensity between B_4C and Ni60 substrate, B_4C(covered nickel alloy) was not oxidized and decomposed in the course of thermal spraying. At the same time, the wear resistance of Ni60-B_4C (covered nickel alloy) coatings was increased with B_4C (covered nickel alloy) (15%) in the coating.
