It accused Tepco and regulators at the nuclear and industrial safety agency of failing to take adequatesafetymeasures, despite evidence that the area was susceptible to powerful earthquakes and tsunamis.
"Right now we do not have adequatemeasures of safety because 90 to 95 percent of those bags are unscreened in the belly of an airplane, " said Rep. Jay Inslee, D-Washington.
