Seller agrees to indemnify and hold purchanser and its affiliates and buyers harmless against any claim,loss,damage,injury,suit,action or expense, including attorney's fees, which may arise from the quanlity of the merchandise or the dangerous conditions thereof, or from an allegation regarding such quanlity or such condition.
