For this reason, my backyard is a bit of a smoky fantasy: I have a Weber gas grill I love, alarge smoker for doing authentic slow cooked barbecue, and alarge homemade Argentinean parillada grill for traditional open wood fire cooking, as well as authentic Santa Maria-style barbecue.
Paradise Island is on a private beach and has alarge pool and three places to dine (a pool-side grill, a buffet, and a steak and seafood a la carte restaurant).
