The features, color paste compns. and printing processes of 26 special printing technics in China and abroad were detailed. These printing technics were divided into 6 types: conventional special printing, 3-dimension printing, lacquer printing, pearly printing, color-changing printing and other new special printings. Relatively systematic and complete information was given in order to supply references for the development of the special printing in the future.
