齿龈内阿米巴(Entamoeba gingivalis )属肉足鞭毛门、叶足纲、阿米巴目、内阿米巴科、内阿米巴属，是第一个被描述的人体阿米巴原虫，多在龈间隙、牙垢、扁桃体隐窝分离到，也可在支气管黏膜内增殖。
