骤死赛是指在一些竞技中如果竞技时间到时仍未能分出胜负，就以延长赛中先突破比数的那一方获胜，骤死赛规则的好处是可以节省时间，尤其是对於运动商业转播而言，另外还能让延长时间的气氛加温，但有时骤死赛规则会让运气成份变高，让比赛早早结束。
