Objective To observe the curative effect of Sanqing Decoction on wind-heat cold.
风热感冒(common cold with wind-heat syndrome)是风热之邪犯表、肺气失和所致。症状表现为发热重、微恶风、头胀痛、有汗、咽喉红肿疼痛、咳嗽、痰黏或黄、鼻塞黄涕、口渴喜饮、舌尖边红、苔薄白微黄。风热感冒多见于春季，外感风热所致。中医认为，风热感冒是感受风热之邪所致的表证。 《诸病源候论·风热候》：“风热病者，风热之气，先从皮毛入于肺也。肺为五脏上盖，候身之皮毛，若肤腠虚，则风热之气，先伤皮毛，乃入肺也。其状使人恶风寒战，目欲脱，涕唾出。”治宜辛凉解表，发散风热。方用银翘散、桑菊饮、桔梗汤、上清散、菊花散等。若久而不愈，其人必虚，不得专用疏散。阳虚宜加参、术，阴虚宜加地黄、五味，倍麦冬、白芍。
