Objective: To study the electromyographic activity of masseter muscle and anterior temporal muscle in response to treatment with headgearactivator combination.
结论:正中咬合时,是否有咬合接触关系对颞肌前束的肌电活动有明显影响,而对咬肌的肌电活动无明显影响。
Conclusion: Vertical distance occlusion contact may affect the EMG activity of temporalis-anterior muscle but not on that of masseter muscle during the central biting.
结果在正中颌位大力咬合时,线性总义齿修复组颞肌前束肌电值高于解剖式总义齿修复组,尤以牙槽嵴吸收严重的患者最为明显(P<0.05);
Results The peak value of anterior temporal muscle of linear occlusal dentures with severe resorption of residual ridge was higher than that of anatomic occlusal dentures ( P< 0.05 ).
