韭黄肉丝菜系是浙江一带的传统风味名菜,属于浙菜系。特点,香味扑鼻,口感宜人。把猪肉去筋切丝,用生抽、胡椒粉、淀粉、鸡粉、油腌上;韭黄切段;香菇水发后去蒂切丝;将生抽、盐、糖、鸡粉、香油、淀粉加少量水兑成调味汁待用。肉丝用油滑熟,捞出沥干油待用。炒锅烧热放油,爆香葱段、香菇,下韭黄略炒,放入肉丝,加入调味汁,炒匀即可。
