城镇“零就业家庭”是指本市非农业户籍家庭中，在法定劳动年龄内（在校学生、现役军人、内退人员、办理提前退休人员除外）有劳动能力的家庭成员，均进行了失业登记，且无一人就业的家庭。 2018年以来，面对就业形势复杂等客观情况，内蒙古通过重点帮扶等多种措施帮助266户零就业家庭中的274人就业，实现在10个工作日内动态清零的目标。
