阿鲁沙协定是由欧洲经济共同体同东部非洲英联邦的肯尼亚、坦桑尼亚与乌干达，于1968年7月26日在坦桑尼亚北部城填阿鲁沙签订的贸易和经济协定。该协定的内容参照“雅温得协定”，规定上述三国同欧洲经济共同体建立联系国关系，双方权利和义务的范围较《雅温得协定》窄，贸易上互给特惠关税待遇的商品项目也较有限；此外，该协定不包括提供援助事项。
