间接滴定法是滴定分析的一种，某些待测组分不能直接与滴定剂反应，但可通过其它的化学反应，间接测定其含量。 对于不能直接与滴定剂反应的某些物质，可预先通过其他反应使其转变成能与滴定剂定量反应的产物，从而间接测之。例如，有些金属离子（如碱金属等）与EDTA形成的络合物不稳定，而非金属离子则不与EDTA络合，这些情况有时可以采用间接法测定，所利用的是一些能定量进行的沉淀反应，且沉淀的组成要恒定。
