铁粒幼细胞性贫血(sideroblastic anemia) 指由于血红素合成障碍及铁利用不良而导致的贫血。其特征为骨髓幼红细胞增生，伴大量环形铁粒幼细胞出现和无效红细胞生成，组织贮存铁及血清铁增高的低色素性贫血。本病分遗传性和后天获得性。
