钢筋加工机械之一，使直径6～10毫米的1级钢筋强制通过直径小于0.5～1毫米的硬质合金或碳化钨拔丝模进行冷拔。冷拔时，钢筋同时经受张拉和挤压而发生塑性变形，拔出的钢筋截面积减小，产生冷作强化，抗拉强度可提高40～90%。
机适用于予制构件厂、线杆厂、小五金加工厂及建筑施工场地对盘条或冷拔钢筋的调直切断。
