配电网电压等级是指配电网(配网)的额定电压级别系列。配网指的是电力系统中输配电里面的配电,就是电能被分配到各个用户处的这一级。配网又有高压配网和低压配网之分。额定电压是电力系统及电力设备规定的正常电压,即与电力系统及电力设备某些运行特性有关的标称电压。电力系统各点的实际运行电压允许在一定程度上偏离其额定电压,在这一允许偏离范围内,各种电力设备及电力系统本身仍然能正常运行。
