部分型肺静脉异位引流 （partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection, PAPVC）是指肺静脉的1支或数条（但非全部）不与左心房连接，肺循环血液不能流入左心房内，而是直接或间接通过体循环的静脉系统回流至右心房。目前其发生率还很难确定，在尸检中约占0.4%-0.7%。
目的通过分析超声诊断和手术结果，提高部分型肺静脉异位引流(papvc)的超声诊断水平。
Objective To improve the diagnosis of partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection (PAPVC) by comparing echocardiographic results and surgical findings.
部分肺静脉异位引流9例，其中心上型8例，心内型1例。
There was partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection in 9 cases, included supra-cardiac (8 cases) and intra-cardiac (1 case).
