肾小管 近端小管可分为直部和曲部。其曲部又称近曲小管，位于皮质迷路内，于肾小体附近高度蟠曲。电镜下，其腔面有大量密集规则排列的微绒毛，即光镜下的刷状缘，细胞侧面除有连接复合体外，还有许多侧突，相邻细胞从侧突相互交错，故使细胞界限不清。细胞基底部有发达的质膜内褶，内褶之间的胞质内有大量纵行排列的基底纵纹，近曲小管的微绒毛。侧突和质膜内褶等结构与其功能密切相关。近端小管的功能主要是重吸收。
