目的：探讨大面积烧伤救治过程中输液渗漏的原因、危害及防治。
Objective: To find out the causes of extravasation in fluid infusion of large area burn and the method of prevention.
结果：42例血液内科疾病患者得到有效护理，2例输液渗漏，2例经济纠纷，投诉率9.52%。
