结论：腹腔镜对输卵管远端阻塞既可明确诊断，又能根据镜下分期进行粘连松解或输卵管造口术。

方法：回顾性分析我院2004年1月至2006年4月应用腹腔镜诊治72例输卵管远端阻塞患者的临床资料。
