轧制力臂系数(coefficient of rolling force arm) 轧制力臂a与变形区长度l的比值,即λ=a/l。由此可得a=λl。由于变形区长度l可以计算求得,λ则可由经验选定,因此利用上述关系可以方便地确定轧制力臂,在压下量△h和轧制力臂一定条件下,λ与压下率ε之关系见图。由图可知,薄件轧制时力臂系数较小,而高件轧制时较大(见典型轧制变形)。
