足利（zú lì），日本城市名、日本姓氏。足利氏是日本历史上活跃于平安时代至室町幕府时代的武家，出自清河源氏义家流，家祖为源义家之孙、源义国之子源义康（亦即足利义康）。至镰仓幕府末期时，宗家当主足利尊氏历经数十年征战，开创了室町幕府，足利氏的当主开始代代担任征夷大将军一职，成为日本实质上的统治者。应仁之乱后，室町幕府的权威一落千丈，足利氏也逐渐衰落，但家门一直延续至今。现任当主是足利义弘。
